    I usually do drop and hook but half the time it turns out to be a live load. The last time I was here they say they had to do an add on. I pulled the trailer to a dock. 5 hours later they hadn't touched it. I left. I was out of hours. They get very busy, overwhelmed, and obviously don't have the man power to work these... read full comment

    Easy in/out. Arrived 2hrs early, left 1hr later. Lots of room for backing. Going to take interstate 75 from 70 next time.

    Got here bout 4 hrs before my appointment they put me into a door right away
