Staff are very professional and polite I checked in got a door right away and was loaded within one hour

I was in and out rather quickly. Check in was quick. Loading was quick. Their fork lift guys will not set up a load lock though, you'll have to climb in trailer from the ground. Other than that though, the process was not time consuming for me. Lots of room for back and maneuvering as well.

I usually do drop and hook but half the time it turns out to be a live load. The last time I was here they say they had to do an add on. I pulled the trailer to a dock. 5 hours later they hadn't touched it. I left. I was out of hours. They get very busy, overwhelmed, and obviously don't have the man power to work these...
