“I have had my accounts with Key Bank Tallmadge Circle for over 15+ years & NEVER have had any issues or bad experiences. All of the employees are always very nice & helpful. Bank Teller Sue/Susan is my absolute favorite, she is very kind, helpful & always able to provide assistance /info with any questions or concerns I may have. I actually switched all of my accounts from 5/3 Tallmadge over to Key Bank due to receiving WAY better service & all Banking options, rates & fees. I have read some of the negative reviews on here & honestly feel they are most likely exaggerated due to customers frustration & misunderstanding the VERY effective, necessary & important security measures that Key Bank has in place for OUR/customer protection & I definitely would not let that influence a decision to not choose Key Bank for all your banking needs.

“If you live in the Akron are, you need to have an account with Peoples Bank. I was from out of town and needed assistance with a transaction & the team at Peoples was absolutely spectacular. This branch has a hometown feeling and I was treated like a local long-time customer. The Branch Manager, Ann went completed out of her way to ensure all my need were met. It is rare theses days, but she exceeded all of my expectation. If you have ever felt like your Bank treats you like a just name & number, go see Ann at Peoples.”

“The people at this bank have always went out of their way to help me whenever they could, way more so than most banks i've been at. This seems like another review where i can honestly say that they must have a good team in there and that the hire in manger sure knows how to choose winners. I have been coming here for many years and its always been a pleasant and professional experience. Not too mention the lay out inside this tiny little building just seems so cozy. I just want to sit and relax everytime I see it. Other than those things, the parking lot is a decent size and they have two ATMs outside.. Just in case one isn't working. There's another one. Ohhhhh thank you guys so much for having two. Not many banks do, and they should. ATMS can go down sometimes literally anywhere. Even at gas stations for example and no one help it.. but having two has literally saved us before when say the drive thru one wasn't working and I had to pay something last minute. Please consider doing something like this at more branches. It might show a good example for other banks too. Having two meant i stayed with you. I didn't have to go anywhere else... See. You hooked me. It worked already. lol”

“I never mind going to the bank when dealing with this branch, as I walk through the door I am greeted with smiling faces and a very nice clean and bright atmosphere. it doesnt seem very busy when I go, i hardly ever need to wait in line. And if you are going there to open an account or get assistance for loans etc there is a nice sitting area for you to relax at while you wait. the tellers are friendly and very helpful, they even helped me with printing up some records at no cost. this branch is like walking in to see your favorite neighbors.”
