Fantastic group of medical professionals. I have never felt more comfortable visiting a doctors office in my life. They are caring and helpful and I am glad to have them as my primary care physicians.

Well for the last 12 years he has been my primary doctor, so as I go down there today, because I am not feeling well, only to be turned away, because my insurance has changed, and they don’t except my new insurance! I said no problem, I’ll just pay you, and I was told we don’t except cash! So I left the building just as sick as when I arrived! Never would have thought it!!!

As a physician practicing medicine how are you justifying taking patients off of medications they have been taking for 3 years without even seeing them first? In my opinion it sounds like you are you insinuating that all medications affect people the same way ? I have a mountain of evidence to support the medications im on have done me nothing but good, but without even an interview I'm already told that they will no longer prescribe that medication due to other conflicting medications, that was before I received an appointment to talk about those medications and how they are affecting me. If One singular medication or drug produces the same effect in every human being then why do we even have trials for drugs? In fact 3 years ago my first thought would be to pick up the phone and start cussing and yelling . Instead I'll leave this review in hopes that doing the right thing for patients and not putting an agenda ahead of that will someday prevail. EDIT....... Yes all of the above I was only given a four-day notice (when in the office) between the time I was told I might be taken off my medication till the time that you actually would not call it in even though I have been prescribed that medication for months in your office all of a sudden it was no longer acceptable and you cut me off without even weaning me off. not to mention I'm on other medications because of the one medication that you no longer will refill so should I stop taking that or not I have to go to work every day I can't drop everything to go to the doctor's appointments when you up and decide not to refill prescriptions.

I am new to the area and so grateful that I found this practice. I have seen nurse practitioner Marilyn and my mother has seen Wendy. I go every week for my allergy shots so I have met many of the nurses there, which are also wonderful. Reception staff very friendly, and the best. Fairly easy to get an appointment especially if it’s an emergency. I highly recommend this practice to someone looking for a caring and knowledgeable medical practice.

Highly recommend finding a Dr that actually does what they're supposed to do (I think your sarcastic response says enough most bad reviews are responded with sorry for your bad experience what can we do to make it better. Not thanks for the positive review. Handled the review the same way as patients that feel their not receiving the real help needed. Hope that clears it up for you)

Dr. Cain is very kind and spends much time with you unlike most Dr's who herd patients in and out in 5 minutes. Wendy is also the same. I am very glad I transferred here.

OMG....Talk about AMAZING!!!!!!! I am sooooooooo very impressed with Dr. Cain! He listens, he jokes, and you can just tell he loves to help people!! Not for a second did I feel hurried or like I was just a number to him. I am so very grateful I found him, and I will be taking my whole family to him!!Thank you Dr. Cain for taking me as a new patience, and just listening!!!

Dr. Cain was recommenced by a friend. I left Tallmadge Family Practice because it would no longer give me my needed pain relief medicine. I found a doctor and support staff that is amazing. He did a work up and found some blood issues and is now controlled by a non-RX medicine.

George Wolfe is exceptional. He has done an outstanding job getting my husband’s diabetes under control. He even took the time to help me understand the disease and ways that I could contribute to helping my husband live a longer, healthier life.

Dr Cain and his staff are amazing - he listens and talks on a level that makes good sense. Appointments are stream lined to minimize waiting. Everyone there cares and it is comforting to know they genuinely care about my health care and concerns. Kudos to Dr Cain and his staff for doing what they do!! If you have an issue that requires a little thinking outside of the box.... Call and get in with him - you will be happy that you did!!
