I switched to this CVS about 1 year ago; I'm happy I did. The pharmacist took his time to help me when I called about a problem. He's very patient & kind. The assistants are the same. When I needed help today about a drug from a different company that I had an allergic reaction to, she special ordered the old brand that I have been taking for a year. ThIs CVS team has excellent customer service. Thank you!

Please stop allowing certain employees of yours to wear gloves without changing them between customers which is causing cross contamination!! I watched one of your employees check out five different people and she did not sanitize or change her gloves! I have witnessed this with the same employee in more than 5 occasions. All of the germs that were on the credit cards, CVS cards, items being purchased, hands, etc we're spread from person to person through cross-contamination thanks to her! Sure, her hands are safe, but what about all the other people she is contaminating?! You're not the only person with kids and a family to protect. So incredibly dangerous and unbelievably selfish!! But what does she care if she contaminates everyone else? As long as her and her family are safe right?? Is that the attitude that CVS has regarding the virus? This store is very unsafe.

I went to this CVS to pick up a "female" prescription, only to be COMPLETELY embarrassed by the pharmacist Jeff. After him repeatedly saying the name of the prescription out loud to his male colleague while searching for it, he then brought the pretty large bag to the front counter. He then proceeded to hold up one of the individual boxes and ask his colleague from across the pharmacy, "have you ever seen these before"? He started pulling out more boxes, showing them off like some kind of display, with me standing awkwardly right there in front of them. I've never felt so uncomfortable and I would expect a pharmacist to act much more professional than this, as anyone would be uncomfortable in my situation.
