Nothing but praise for this CVS. If you are tired of the Walgreen's run around both in person and on their website, come here. They couldn't make things easier.

Was sitting in the drive thu for 15 minutes and get to the window at 131 and was told can't help us because pharmacists went to lunch at 130. Window slammed shut! Very rude! Goodthing not an emergency!

I was to 2 bottles of my medication and only received 1.
Pharmacy told me I didn’t inform them soon enough so I had to pay cash for my full prescription. Giant Eagle in Tallmadge will work with patients, unlike CVS in Mogadore.

Store is clean but the older lady with glasses that works there isnt great with customer service. When scanning a coupon and it rejected it stated the items were not in the basket and they were . I pressed the help button. When she came up she asked me what the issue was and I pointed to the screen and then she preceded to tell me ercentage coupons do not work on sale items. No where on the coupon did it say that. How are customers supposed to know? So instead of treating your customer like they dont know anything maybe have your corporate office change the coupons we receive in the mail.

Drive up window is closed more than it’s open ! And the ability to reach the pharmacy personnel is harder than getting through to the IRS at tax time !

Beware!
I was given the wrong medication the last time I had my prescription filled at this location.
When addressed with the “pharmacist tech” I was told “ oh sorry about that”. Unbelievable!

You can not even call in to get answers on a perception. All computer that does not answer anything. Or you can leave a voicemail and they will get back to you when they feel like it.

Pharmacy- I am allergic to red dye pharmacy repeatedly fills prescriptions with out checking them for red dye first... allergy is in system and the best pharmacist there "Sarah" even has a sticky note taped on their computer to help other staff that can't seem to get it right. Also very Short staffed on a Friday night (11/10) from 5-6:30ish and a staff member inconsiderately still choose to leave at 6:00 with a line down the aisle and left pharmacist and other girl to deal with their mess. Not the first time this has happened-might as well start considering another pharmacy that can take a life threatening allergy seriously. Sarah is again the only one that seems to care!

First (and last) experience with CVS today. Due to restraints forced via insurance - had to switch from WALGREENS to CVS... Two scripts - one Omnicef, one regular script - $104... GoodRX showed HALF that - and when asked - it was run through insurance. Perhaps CVS is unaware - but at Walgreens they ALWAYS check goodrx prior to RIPPING OFF their customer - in an effort to keep the customer. When we called back in - we were treated as if we didn't deserve their time and effort - so I will NEVER return - the corporate greed over the customer - is disgusting... They had three girls and one male pharmacist - god forbid I waste any of their time. RUN don't walk if you can.

Worst pharmacy in the world. Can’t get anything correct. One screw up after another. I would never recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Horrible experience the past 2 times. First time I was willing to overlook the cluelessness of the staff who asked for my name 3 times in 2 minutes. Today was another issue, firstly no personality from the girl in the mask working the register absolutely horrible customer service from her and she looked clueless. Then they tell me they don't have the medication for another week but I can call and see when it's in, then suddenly they have the medication but it needs PA, I'm sorry it's Friday prior auth is gonna take days! So I pay cash they say $70 something then I pull up good rx for less than 20, they run some numbers and say it came down to 64. All this while the pharmacist tossed the bag on the counter and goes "here's his thing" while resuming personal conversation with other staff. Poor customer service and no respect for people! I will be switching to rite aid and leaving this poor excuse of a pharmacy. Do yourself a favor, unless you want 2 miles of paper receipts go elsewhere!!

They now employee a circus clown in the Pharmacy who still thinks wearing a mask does anything other than have "unintended consequences" (Dr.Fauci)If they dont even know the actual science behind a mask, how then is one to trust their ability to manage all those medications or even simple everyday life decisions.I would direct these "professionals" to the American Institute of Physics who performed an exhaustive study on masks titled "Liquid Physics". If they can find time in between coloring their hair coton candy blue/pink and witholding life saving medications for a manufactured virus......which obviously isnt a priority.Plenty of other good pharmacies around. Do yourself a favor and intrust your health to a more reputable, actual professional who invests in their carreer more than political agendas.Stay Healthy Everyone. God Bless
