I have never been in a better, cleaner or nicer Dollar General. Chris and Lori were working and went out of their way helping me look for it. They couldn't have been any nicer. I even had quite a few groceries and Lori cane out and helped me load my groceries which I really appreciated. I will definitely drive the extra 20 minutes to get this kind of service!! They were great and deserved to be recognized!!!

Those people need too get some MANNERS, can't ask them a question they will bite your head off , there so mean !!! I spent at least $100.00 a week !!! I won't again!!!! They need to be FIRED!!!!!

Might be a good idea to tell your employees to NOT keep the front door open when they go out to smoke. The whole store smells like a stale cigarette now š

I have been going here for a couple years now - since I moved to the area. I've had decent experiences and not so decent experiences. Tonight had to be the worst so far - bad enough for me to want to warn others. There were 2 workers and neither were pleasant tonight. Digital coupons didn't ring up correctly. My total came up to almost twice as much as I calculated. When I showed the first worker, she just shrugged and said she didn't know, but coupons were deducted. The second worker looked over her shoulder and said some were "cash back". I asked how the bag back worked, because I didn't remember having that before. The second worker replied "I don't know, it's your app". I explained that, "no, you with here, therefore it's your app". Never got an explanation, only told they couldn't cancel the order, so I had to return items. I pointed out the items and digital coupons that corresponded with those items, I ended up getting $1 back and had to return several items. After getting home, realized that the coke 12 packs were supposed to be 3 for $13. After coupons were deducted, it still came to $20.50 - not $13 as advertised. I drove back to the store and interrupted -another cigarette break. The second worker told me to "come back tomorrow and talk to the manager" because "he wasn't dealing with it". I guess I'm going to be driving 20 minutes out of my way and stopping in before I have to go to work to get my money refunded from their digital coupons not subtracting correctly. I have never seen a more rude group of cashiers. I will not be doing there anymore and advising my friends to find another place to shop.

The family and I have been coming here for a long time and absolutely love how big this location is. Not too mention how it's just simply overflowing with decently priced variety items of all kinds. The parking is plentiful and the location couldn't be better considering the routes through here. Another perk they also offer is self check out with parking and automated doors to aid the disabled and elderly. Yet with all that said, the staff here is simply bleak and abysmal. No matter how many times i've been inside this DG it's ALWAYS terrible service and attitudes. Plus its not very tidy nor clean. I don't know if this boils down to a management issue. As per potentially hiring nothing but problem employees constantly or they just cannot find decent ones, are chronically understaffed, management is excessively mean to the staff or some just plain hate to work or hate it there.
Granted I'm sure there is a proverbial gem or two that works there somewhere but most of them seem extremely unhappy to say the least. I do not say this often but in my honest opinion this store could use some over sight from a regional manger to determine if there is some potential under lying issue/s. I've been in many local Dollar Generals. Some seem very relaxed like the Stow or Streetsboro locations and some seem on edge all the time like this one and the Kent location. Although that one is/was understaffing it seemed. (I haven't been in that one for a few months but have frequented the local DGs for the past 35+ years so, ive seen a thing or two and I have seen consistent patterns overtime)

The cashier was rude and would not let my daughter use the restroom. She told me the restroom was out of service. When I asked her where she goes, she changed her answer and told me that customers werenāt allowed using the restroom- only employees. Itās pretty ridiculous that you can go shopping there but youāre not allowed to use the restroom even when itās an emergency. Iāve been to other Dollar Generalās in their restrooms are not āout of serviceā.

This location had everything I needed and more. I usually frequent the Hartville store. After walking into this location when I realized that. Plus I lost my phone and had to go back. The cashier and co-worker were nothing but helpful and kind. Love it.

I am so grateful for the experience I had at this location. I shopped this DG yesterday afternoon for fall decor-amazing selection by the way, and had so much stuff that the wonderful associate Laurie offered to assist me to my car. She and I both took a cart to my car. I feel that exceptional customer such as this is hard to find these days. She and the other browned hair cashier were very kind. I canāt wait to visit again
