Excellent customer service, did a shopping trip with digital coupons and deals they had going this week and using the 5 off of 25 coupon. The total wasn't correct compared to the app and the employees took the time to make it right for me. They went above and beyond for me and I was so grateful!

If your store is only open until 9pm, stop falsely advertising your store as being open until 10pm! It was the second store tonight that said different times online vs. Reality.

This place is a mess. Half the time they aren’t even open. The other times you can’t even get to what you need on the shelf because there’s carts of boxes in the way everywhere. No employees ever up front anymore since the self serve is there. I understand they have had a change in management a few times now in the past year but currently they really need to work on stocking with time management along with employees being respectful.

You never know if they're going to be open so I called tonight to make sure before running down the person picked up and hung right up 5 times when I decided to go see not a single worker in sight the 15 minutes I was in there and 6 more customers came in while I was there and still no workers to be found go somewhere else of you can help it

Disrespectful girl working 7/15/23 on evening shift. Almost run into me in the aisle and didn't apologize or even speak. Was playing her music loud in the store.

I use to love that store plus I work at that store but I'm on medical leave since they brought in new manager it has gone down the tube regular customers stop comming in shelfs are getting empty rolltanner are all over the store

Current management has created multiple fictional situations to where it affects outside businesses and workers alike trying to make them look unprofessional. Corporate will be called and informed.

Been going here for a very long time now, this is the Most professionally dollar general I been too. Manager Laura, literally Will go out her way for her customers. Employee Jordan helps all the time when I need something. Thanks again for great customer service!

Lately the store has been closing at odd times shoving customers out. They close the store down on weekends around noon until 5pm. Then just yesterday they store was closed around 5pm or earlier for the rest of the night. This is an on going situation. It its like none of the workers want to be there and just close down when they feel like it.
