“Dr Jessica Heintzelman is awesome! She’s nice and caring and takes time with you. I highly recommend her and want to tell everyone about her. If you need a new doctor please go to her it is well worth it. I can’t stress this enough! My other doctors after two previous doctors going into retirement were not good at all. I was afraid I would never get a doctor I liked. That changed when I met Dr Jessica Heintzelman. She is great takes the time needed with me and my daughter she sees her also and loves her. I look forward to every appointment I have with her because she is so knowledgeable. I wish I would have found her a long time ago before wasting my time with my previous doctor. “Was on the search for a new PCP, and tried this office today. Every single person in the office I got to speak with was super nice and fun, from the receptionists to the phlebotomist. I saw Kristen Osborn, and she was a joy to deal with while Dr P. was out. She listened to all of my concerns, and gave me some confidence in moving forward. Definitely looking forward to coming here for my routine visits.”

“Great office and very friendly. But I do not like the change they made to the answering service. I understand that offices get busy so having a centralized call center might sound like a good idea but it gets really frustrating when I need to reach someone AT the office and can't. A call that used to take 30 seconds now takes 5 minutes. Not necessarily Patient First thinking”
“I’m always able to get an appointment that’s convient within a reasonable timeframe Phone calls are retuned. I never feel rushed while the DR is in the room. I can get X-rays and blood work done while at an appointment. This is huge. The staff is always helpful”
“I was sick and received excellent medical care. Dr. Jenna Ackerman is a very good doctor; I hope she never leaves, because she truly cares about her patients.
However, I would like to mention that the Spanish-speaking receptionist should improve her customer service. When I tried to ask her some questions, she answered in a hurry. I wanted to clear up a few doubts, but she said goodbye several times, and I ended up leaving without getting the answers I needed. It would be nice if she could take a little more time and show more patience with patients who don’t speak English very well.”

“I have been going to Ulrich Professional Group my whole life, even back when Dr. Sally was here.The staff and doctors are amazing and I have never had an issue being on hold for more than 5 minutes, and always get treated like family when I go in for an appointment.
