My family has worked with Jeff as their mechanic for many years now. After working with him on a few minor repairs and even some major ones, I can honestly say I will never take my vehicles else where. As long as he's in business, he will be our trusted mechanic. He's always been extremely honest, transparent, excellent at communicating and his work is tried and true! And very reasonable pricing. have never felt taken advantage of or pulled into unnecessary repairs, like I have with nearly all other mechanics I've worked with. In fact, it's just the opposite. You can tell he's a man of integrity and cares about the relationships with his customers, his business and maintaining mutual respect. All while doing it in a humble way. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone in need of a quality and trusted mechanic.

Brakes lasted a year he never did bleed them can't even get the lugs off total hack job

My car was serviced (brakes) at Mogadore Service today. Communication with the mechanic was excellent. He diagnosed the brakes and had it repaired for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

We've been going to Mogadore Service Center for about 20 years. Same guys still run the place, and they do excellent work at a reasonable price. I have never left feeling like I'd been taken for a s****** They're really awesome, will explain the procedure to you and get it done in a reasonable time frame. We've been out of Mogadore for over two years and still wouldn't think about going anywhere else.

We had an unfortunate situation with our engine going on our Ford Flex due to terrible engineering by Ford, but Jeff and his guys helped us with the repair and made the best of a tough situation with our car. They're kind, helpful, skilled and showed sympathy for our situation.

Absolute amazing guys. I thought I had an Inner Tie Rod problem they told me it was a different issue that was actually slightly cheaper. Super friendly and straight up. I would recommend anyone needing a mechanic to go here.
