“Kudos to the management/employees who immediately responded to my concern about an unmasked shopper, who belligerently told me she didn’t need a (mandated by the governor) mask because she was a DOCTOR! The young man in produce left his station at once, to return with a young lady from customer service, who explained in no uncertain terms that this was a business and masks were required. She stood her ground, and repeated TWICE, “Please don’t come any closer”, as the unmasked shopper approached her. The shopper then abandoned her cart, and stated loudly that she would never shop there again as she stormed off. Instead of leaving, however, she went to the customer service desk, where she was very vocal in her complaints. I didn’t see the final outcome, but I’m sure she was reminded that masks were mandatory........ Marc’s will continue to have my business as long as they follow the governor’s mandates, and keep the employees who uphold them. I was impressed with their response today.”
