The women that answered the phone is very rude! She should not be answering the phone if she hates her job and people that much! So sad, that she' so miserable.

Fixed the spring area of a glide rocker. Recommended a different bottom instead of springs. Looks nice and sirs perfect. Reasonable price also. Great to work with!

i don’t want to give only one star because i am unsure of this shops quality. but when i called the woman that answered was extremely rude, kept cutting me off, made me feel dumb for not knowing upholstery terms, and acted like it was going to be so expensive i couldn’t afford it. i told her money was no issue and ended up just saying thank you bye and not even going to the shop. who would spend their money at a place with that customer service?
