I participated in the "Shout Out for Tommy Jr." promotion on Old Airport Highway the wee hours of January 3rd, 1998... Even at 3am Tommy Jr. came out to give me a hot cup of chowder and a 50 cent discount coupon for a chainsaw. I will never forget this. The man is a saint and Thomas Equipment is my "Power Spot". Sometimes I like to just hang out next to the weed wackers to touch the new Stihls.

Tried to rent a hammer and wet saw guy tried to charge me 1000$ for the day. Dudes nuts went to Great Lakes got the hammer and saw 1/4 cost upsetting because it waisted time in my day and I’ve definitely rented from here before these guys don’t like their customers

Tom and the entire staff are a resources of knowledge. They are true pros, it starts at the counter, continues in the yard and it's obviously noticeable in the mechanics shop.

Found a new place to get my yard equipment and possibly more construction equipment. I did a online order. Had a employee pick it … later that day a sales associate came to my office introducing himself. Haven’t had that type of service or Interest in a customer like myself from many at all. Was very impressed with that right there will certainly be using them from now on!
