I went to look for slip in shoes for quick wearing and very easy to spot. Compared with several shoe stores, but found myself picking the adidas slips ins shoes out of all of them. Great products.

Ho-hum outlet store. Product selection is average at best. Previous location had better selection and usually more than one employee working. This store is more or less a dumping ground of random crap no one wants to buy. If you want weird, discontinued, or never should have been offered, this is the place. Contrast with the well stocked and well staffed Under Armour store at the other end of the mall, There is little reason to go here.

I visited the store today looking for a pair of size 8 shoes but couldn’t find any. Typically, in stores like this, someone offers help before you even have to ask. However, there were no staff members around, which was surprising given the size of the store.
I decided to go to the fitting room area, where there’s usually someone available. There was a line, and I thought it was for people waiting to try on clothes. I had a quick question, so I asked a staff member if he could check if a size 8 was available. He politely said he would help me after finishing with another customer. But after helping the customer, he never returned to assist me and instead began answering other customers' questions. It felt like he chose not to come back, which was very frustrating.
I spoke with the manager before leaving to explain what happened. She helped me and said she would address the situation. I believe that Adidas should ensure they hire staff who are ready and willing to help all customers, regardless of their race or background. It’s important for the brand to uphold strong customer service standards for everyone. Unfortunately, today was a disappointing experience.

We stopped in to pick up an online order. They only staff a single person at the register and other associates don't assist even when the line is really long. Took 40 minutes to pick up a pair of shoes that just needed to be scanned and ID checked. Next time we'll pay the fee for ship to home.

The worst customer service I ever had in Adidas, the manager name her Lexi I bought two pairs of shoes for two different people. She will not even put them in two bags. She did not have a problem for me to return the items and bring them back again separately to get another bag. She was really not professional handling this case. I’m a regular customer if a customer support contact me you could check. I have over 2500 points. I come here almost every week to this location.

All athletic stores were extremely busy with back to school shopping. Parents taking advantage of tax free and discounts. Good sales and bargains. Shoe returned.

Don’t buy from this store! They are unprofessional, I bought shoes and I wanted to return them after 2 weeks of purchase, they wouldn’t return them even their receipt states you have a month to return them, their excuse is that it looks worn. One month return is a lie
