Ashley was exceptional with professionalism and knowledge. She took the time to answer my questions, processed my binder with great efficiency but moreover, she listens to the needs of the customer and responds with the answer and the expectancy of the process. She is definitely a keeper!

Leslie was very easy to work with. She was knowledgeable and caring. She stayed in contact with me during the whole process of getting a policy transferred over. My father seems pleased so far. Ashley introduced herself as we were leaving. So far, overall it’s been a good transition and experience. Friendly easy going office with a welcoming feel. Was also able to help my father save a little money.

Leslie was lovely. I’m glad she was the one who picked up the phone and helped me with everything I needed. I was just getting off work and had to pick up paperwork and wouldn’t get to State Farm office till 5 and they close at 5. Leslie reassured me that she would have all my paperwork printed out and ready to go by time I got there. I walked in and like she said she had everything printed out and even answered a few more questions I had. Even when it was time for her to go, she stayed and with every minute that passed, I didn’t feel rushed and she had a smile on her face the whole time. Thank you Leslie.

Ashley & Danielle are amazing!! After having an accident and going through the ringer with our previous insurance company we knew we wanted to switch to State Farm. Danielle was very thorough and answered every question we had, speaking to me as a person and not just another customer. I would 10/10 recommend them to friends and family.

Danielle was extremely quick in her response to all my questions…I got a home policy that came in 25% cheaper than my usual policy over the past few years…And the State farm inspector was out within 24 hours to solidify the plan. Great work!
