Just bought a pair of Asics on February 22 2025 and have worn a few times since. It hasn't even been a month and portions of the shoe bottoms are already coming off. While the store clerk over the phone was helpful, for the amount that Asics charges for their shoes, customers should be able to expect a higher quality than I apparently paid for.

Ms,Courtney Thank you for helping me find a right shoes ! I wasn’t gonna buy a shoes I was just checking on what shoes they have but she helped me so much that it’s makes me wanted to buy a shoes that they even have shoes store next door n I was returning shoes from there n had no intention to buy any pairs of shoes . Been to the store twice now to return a pair of wrestling shoes. Never worn nothing wrong. Just wrong size and they refuse to return the shoes to do a lack of cash in the drawer.

The gentleman who helped me was friendly and helpful. The selection of shoes was ok, wide widths were available. My only complaint was the prices in store did not reflect the company's website, full price for shoes that are on sale on the Asics website.

I visited on June 5, 2023 at approximately 6:30 pm and this place was clean and organized and the gentleman (I didn't catch his name) working was extremely helpful. I only ended up getting a $40 pair of clearance shoes but the sizes were all in order and all pushed to the left making it the neatest display I've ever seen in an outlet shoe store. I'm loyal to Asics as my everyday shoe due to the way their supination (under pronation) shoes support my feet. Thank you for a great experience.

I was in dire need of new running shoes & I ONLY wear ASICS. Website said store was open at the outlet. Drove an hour & store WAS NOT open. Was at outlet for 2 hours hoping the clerk had just stepped out. It never opened back up. No sign on door stating it was closed or why. Not happy at all. When leaving, check website & again & it says store is Open...guess what!?! It is not Open today, Monday, Feb. 27!!

They convinced me to buy shoes based on sale price and told me I could return or replace if these don’t fit. I kept coming every day for 5+ days since and all other stores are open and this one is closed. There is no sign to say what the reason is or when they will reopen. When I called ASICS they said I have to return in that store. I am now disputing with credit card since there is no other way to resolve this.

I came to the store to get some shoes and clothes, and unfortunately didn’t buy anything due to the fact that the lady working left me alone for 20 minutes. I walked around and called if anyone was in the store and if it was open. Then after about 25 minutes short lady with short brown hair, cut into a bob, came out of the back and completely ignored me. While she was on the floor she never acknowledged me nor asked if I needed help. I honestly could of walked out with merchandise from the store due to the fact of her negligence of seeing if I needed help or coming out to help me. I didn’t even think the store was open because she didn’t come to help me at all!
