I returned a Christmas gift today that was too big: A brown suede and leather coat. It’s a beautiful piece, but they didn’t have my size online. Gary (who I assume is the manager?) was incredible. He returned the item, found one in my size in another store (he said Stanford, so I assume California) and it’s being shipped to my house as we speak. He spent a lot of time working with me today, was extremely professional, and I left the store with a new jacket on the way and a satisfaction I haven’t had with a retail store in a long time.

I was looking for a very nice outfit for a business event, as soon as I walked in I was greeted by Zack. He was kind, courteous, sharp, and VERY knowledgeable. He helped me pick out the perfect colors to go with my dark features. He knew what was In style and was very patient when I didn’t like something. He knew exactly where to guide me and how to help me.There was another gentlemen that came to help me find the perfect outfit. This man was Gary. He was also very kind, soft spoken but confident. He had a reason to be. He knew everything about everything. This guy is the real deal. I don’t know if that’s a compliment to his trainers or just a compliment of his character.Both were excellent salesmen, and incredible human beings. If you’re looking for fashionable attire, ask for these guys. And if they aren’t in on that day, WAIT FOR THEM.

Had to return some shirts due to size issues. Didn’t catch the sales guy’s name (tall gentleman from the Congo) but he was incredible and went above and beyond to fix my issue

A woman named Karen helped me pick out some clothes and helped me every step of the way.She asked us numerous times while looking if we needed help. When I went to try on my clothes she walked me to dressing room and explained how sizing works. She then checked me out rapidly and gave me coupons for my next visit. When checking out, she walked from around the counter to directly hand me my clothes. All while helping other customers.The best customer service I have ever experienced, she needs a raise!
