My first trip to a Cabi outlet! So hard to control myself lol. Found some of my “Cabi regret” items (yay!) and happened to pick a day when all tops were $20!!!! Double yay! The staff was so friendly and helpful. It’s wonderful to know I can now keep up with what they have and be on a list to get items I want.

I live in Wisconsin, but have visited this store. It has great selection and outstanding service! In fact, the service is so outstanding, if you are out of state, you can call and they will do their best to find what you want and have it shipped to you!!!

If you like Cabi clothing, you will love this Cabi Factory Store. Here, past season quality Cabi clothing is deeply discounted. A loyal Cabi shopper, I've found items here that were not in any catalogues or New Arrivals offerings--like this really nice quality Cabi 5128 Citrus Pouch cosmetic bag from Fall 2016. Originally, $52, I scored two of these for $6 each. The store interior is clean & bright and the dressing rooms are large and well-illuminated. No harsh fluorescent bulbs here. The sales associates were helpful, knowledgeable and even offered to ship items in the future, as I do not live in Cincinnati. Because it is an outlet store, not every size is available, but you will find something lovely to add to your Cabi wardrobe. Highly recommend.

I have shopped at the Cabi Monroe outlet for years and have always received outstanding service, both in the store and on the phone (if I need to have an item shipped). Being able to find Cabi items at a discount is a great thing in and of itself, but going to the store is a treat. I love my Cabi wardrobe and love the team at Monroe. I’d take the one negative review with a grain of salt - this is a fabulous store and we are so fortunate to have it in Cincinnati!

Last fall I shopped here and had terrific service. After driving two hours today to shop, I wasn’t greeted at all by the young lady working the counter. I was the only one in the store yet the clerk never acknowledged my presence. I found a top that I wanted and placed it on the counter. While I was trying on other items, the clerk left the area and another clerk came to the floor. She attempted to put the top back. My husband asked if she worked there (she wasn’t wearing any identification and wasn’t dressed professionally). He wanted to make sure she didn’t put the top back. The two of them sparred. She was not at all pleasant.

I can not express enough how much I love this store. After attending a couple Cabi shows, I was hooked on the clothes, but not on the prices. This Outlet has refreshed my entire wardrobe with quality clothes at very reasonable prices. I have told all my friends who have also come to love Cabi clothing as well.
