I went in today for a pickup order and some of the items were unavailable. Corrine was incredibly sweet and super helpful in getting replacement items! She was very patient and helped work through the issue with ease! Will always use this claires location now!

When my daughter got her ears peirced the price was about $30 but she has gotten her ears peirced 3 times now her sister says she will never get them peirced again after letting then grow back in 3 times but, the 3rd time my daughter got them peirced they gave her a stuffed animal and they usually don't do that but since they let her have the stuffed animal while they peirced her ears she never took them out!!

I had both of my daughters ears pierced at Claire’s in Pier Park. I love how patient Ericka was with them both. I’m so happy with the whole process, perfect place for a clean, comfortable experience.

This is a great accessory shop for young girls. This place has a lot of earrings and hair accessories. And they have other things, like eyelash curlers, nail polish, etc. I've probably visited over ten times and still I would go back. This is also the place to get your ears pierced. They have so many earring to choose from for piecing ears. The staff is so kind friendly and do their job well.

Corrine is amazing. She accepted my grandbaby when the claires in liberty mall would not. She got her first ear piercing at 7 months. I recommend this claires location. See pics. Corrine recommended the diamond earings and they are beautiful. Its been two weeks and the healing process is great.

Terrible service, bad costumer service, treated us very badly and accused a seven year old of switching a price tag on a item. Would not recommend this place.

At the Cincinnati "Premium" outlets. It's what you expect of Claire's. My daughters love it. Beats buying stuff at Target and Walmart. But it is cheap "jewelry". They have a military discount.

Don't order online for same-day pick up.Took my payment, it would be ready in 2 hours for pick up.Next day had to call them and find out when I could pick my order up.They told me that they would have to cancel my order,they didn't have item in stock..Waiting on my money back.Dont take money for something that you don't have in stock.

Heads up they don't to nose piercings but they do have faux jewerly and nose rings for when it is pierced!
