I went there and manager or employees are rude and bad attitude but the funny thing is they think they are smart. A friend of mine was visiting and found shoes that she wanted and the cashier said I need a email and I asked what if you don't have a email, go on down the road to many other stores and she said they are going green and everyone has email. I told her not everyone if you have been in prison 150 years or live in the back woods and don't want big brother watching you or just to stupid to operate a computer, normal I would have said that as the breeze was blowing her hair and I was leaving but my friend wanted the shoes more than anything. I see tons of bad reviews you would think the parent company would do something about it before another empty store front happens. You can't act that way when 20 other stores are seconds away.

Absolutely rude people here. The lady here is very rude. No wonder this place has so many 1 stars because of horrendous customer service.

Sales people very helpful, not pushy. Great sale on shoes that lasted me 2+ years. 2 for $109.00.

Wow. I’m still a little stunned from our experience here and a bit lost for words. My mom received a pair of Clark’s shoes as a Christmas gift. While she was browsing I went to ask if the store was able to process an exchange of an online purchase. Tevin, the associate working, said “it depends, I’d have to see the receipt to know.” So, I handed him the receipt to check and he proceeded with processing the full refund and putting the money back on the original purchaser’s card! Even though I specifically said we wanted to do an exchange and that I was just asking if it was even POSSIBLE. We looked at him a bit blankly when he told us that he had already processed the refund. I told him again that it was a gift and that we were just trying to exchange it. He said that that was too bad and that we were just out of luck. He tried to tell us that absolutely no online purchases could ever be exchanged even if we tried to do it online. That’s funny, because that is the exact opposite of what the Clark’s website says (it gives you the option to return OR exchange). Considering this is one of the biggest weeks for returns and exchanges for all retailers, it is just completely unbelievable that this was our experience. 0/10

It is not a store it is a scam. Please keep away from this rude sellers. I needed police assistance to return my shoes and get a refund. Women (store’s owner) is very disrespectful !!! She was acting like a Karen!!!

Terrible return policy! I returned unworn shoes but the saleswoman told me they’re worn in her opinion so I cannot return them.

The lady helping me there looked like a young Vanessa Campbell (from Martin). I asked if a pair of shoes were on sale, but she pointed out that the markings on the box said no. She took my coupon, and looked up ,y rewards to get me $50 off. That brought the price from $159 to $109. That was close to the $79 sale price. I buy all my shoes here.
