Great products. But the attendants are terrible. They treat customers badly, don't offer help and even fight if you don't put the papers from the boxes in the trash or take more than 3 boxes to try. Customers feel like they're bothering the employees. And they keep everything you took first, make you wait to make the payment and grumble. Two groups of customers left the store without buying anything because of this attitude and lack of respect for customers.
The cleaning lady was embarrassed by the poor treatment and greeted us with a smile.

Cole haan itself is nice brand but this specific store has hired one of worse kind of persona. Their attitude towards customers were unacceptable

I can always get in and get out when I go up there to the store. They always have a decent selection of shoes I really don't have a whole lot to say bad about them.

Been an avid Cole Hann customer for years now. Very upset that you don't carry wide's in the Store anymore You have to order them online. What good is that when you can't try them on and see have they will feel on your feet. Had to go to another company today to get shoes for work today. This is on dissatisfied customer today

Decent, don't know that it's any better than just ordering what you want. However, that could be argued for any "outlet" mall stores these days.

I brought three pairs of shoes and one pair had to mailed because they were out of my size. I received a torn beat up box with no lid and shoes had been worn. The shoes were dirty. I was very disappointed as I've been a Cole Haan shoe wearing person for over twenty years.

Salesperson, Rose was very helpful during my visit in December. She answered my questions and gave me space as I tried on numerous shoes eventually settling on 2 pairs of Zerogrand. I have been wearing them for the last month and I am very happy with the choice. Thank you

Love their shoes. There is something to be said about the comfort and quality of their product. Never seems to disappoint. Price is more expensive but there are deals to be had and have yet to be disappointed. These shoes outlast most.
