Went there for the 1st time, great selections, great clean store, even had a gentleman employee that helped us, found out it's his 1st day of employment and I'd thought he'd been there awhile. He was a great help in finding what the wife was looking for....ended up leaving with 3 pairs, will definitely be a return customer

I came here to buy some white chucks, which I did find. Employees seem to not care as much, not offer assistance. It's a smaller converse store than I've been to, and I found a nice jacket which I bought as well.
Average shoe shopping experience that you can think of is there. This isn't LA with people stealing here. At least not on the day I went....

Update October 2024: Still going to this store 5 years later. Melo is the manager and is a fantastic person. Both engaging and wants customers to get a bang for their buck. Will shop here for years.
Love this store. It is difficult to find a specific model but, if you are flexible, the prices can't be beat. Highly recommend!

I ordered a pair of converse online that I had been wanting to buy for an upcoming vacation. They ended up being a little too small, so I reached out to the closest store which was an hour away in Monroe. Without hesitation one of the workers had me text a photo of the shoe I ordered and held the size I needed. My boyfriend went to pick them up the next day. The shoes fit perfectly - and while I didn’t make a purchase officially in store - I will absolutely be making the trip in the future to visit in person. The customer service was above and beyond - while being very personable and friendly. Thank you guys SO much!

Paid over $100 for custom platforms they got the color wrong. After taking to customer service for an hour two separate times they had me fill out a form stating the problem. They never responded to the form and when I called to check on the form they said they to wait longer. It’s been 4 months and still no refund or the right pair of shoes. Customer service sucks ?? I still have the shoes I don’t want.
