I was there by 6:40 and they kicked me out by saying that they are full for night and not 2 people working their this 2nd time happened and sometimes they don’t have enough workers

After I checked in they didn’t let me in, and they locked the door because they would close 10 minutes! I don’t understand why you would leave the check-in open. This is very disrespectful

Absolutely fantastic experience with these stylists. They are amazing with kids! We've had 3 separate stylists here and all three have been very patient and understanding. The cuts were very quick, but the stylists still took time to introduce the kids to their tools and make them feel safe and comfortable. We will absolutely be back!

I took my mom, who has never ever gotten a haircut before for herself. She’s never had the time to take care of HERSELF. She had just come back from the hospital and I took her here. The guy that was doing her hair was extremely rude. He told me “im not doing her hair if she’s gonna sit like that” . Could’ve been worded completely different. I didn’t even know how to translate that to my mother it was so rude. she left unhappy, left feeling like she was too much to handle. If you can’t show empathy or be kind to your customers, maybe you should not be cutting anyone’s hair.

The young woman that cut my hair did an amazing job. She was very friendly and professional. Definitely do the online check in. There was a 96 minute wait the day I went. The online check in saved me a lot of time sitting in the waiting area.

Haircut not good at all . I asked to trim the length and also trim the layers.for layers she just did one cut in the middle and gave the big deep cut in the middle of length. And its second time happened to me. And when you share feedback in person and also show the wrong thing manager don’t accept. Will never continue with great clips .

By far the best great clips in the local area! The whole team is very nice and offer you a warm welcome, be sure to check in online so they can get you seated quicker! The manager is awesome and her leadership skills show in the other hairstylists in the shop. Quick and easy for children and adults!

I don’t know why there are so many negative reviews about this location. I’ve been going here for 4 years and NEVER had an issue. The ladies that work here are absolutely phenomenal! Always feel very welcomed and always have a great conversation. Keep up the great work and don’t listen to these negative reviews because MOST LIKELY there is far more to the story.

Not good service close time 7pm be there 6.46pm!!! online has app show walk in before 7pm but she's told we are close. main door still open but she's didn't care about any costumer. she's talking each other no costumer in side. be give zero star 🌟 for (Monroe, OH) location. please 🙏 don't waste your time this location!!!!

The cut around the ear is ridiculous. Completely uneven on the sides. The pics are one side vs the other. Charged $32 for this, looked at the receipt after he got home and he was charged for a beard trim too, which was never even discussed or done while he was there. This cut took around 5 minutes. for that price, we will continue going to a barber which charges $40 for a beard trim and a haircut. A joke
