“I reached out to Rise Fitness and was immediately impressed by their welcoming attitude and hospitable nature.I was visiting the area for only a few weeks, and Paola and her team were easy to work with. As a military servicemember, I love the style and atmosphere Paola has built in her gym. The other patrons are willing to help spot weight or show you where a specific piece of equipment is located. It feels like a community instead of a gym.The gym is accessed via a fob. The gym has all equipment needed for anyone who wants to work on any muscle groups or conditioning drills.If I lived in the area, I would 100% become a member of their gym. Thank you Paola and your team for their support while I was visiting.”

“I had severe lower back problems and was 35 pounds overweight. Brian and the other amazing coaches worked with my chiropractor and my muscle activation therapist to not only get my back strong and better, but turn me into a legitimate athlete in my late thirties. I will never leave this gym or stop doing CrossFit. I'm in it for life. All I can say is commit for 90 days. If you can survive 4-5 times per week for 90 days, your life will change drastically. DO IT!”

“I thank my wife for incessantly passively nudging me to try OTF. Just like when I first joined the Army, I am not fit enough to keep up with the coach or others that have been doing this stuff longer but let me tell you, that doesn't stop the coach from helping me do what I can/capable of. If I need alternate exercises, they have them. If I need to just rest and get back in it, they are supportive. If I have to leave because my asthma won't let me continue, they don't judge....they encourage me to come back another day, congratulate me for showing up and trying and they are always excited to see me back again. I never would do group exercises before because I didn't want to be made to keep up with the group if I couldn't. This place pushes me without killing me....they simply encourage me to get in and try and congratulate my effort. They have my business and loyalty. Thank you OTF West Chester....you guys are awesome.”

“if you are truly dedicated or even just starting out they have someone who is there to help. they have a lot of equipment and extra amenities like sauna, steam room, cold plunge, provide shakes/snacks that actually taste good. the environment is energetic and engaged. i’ve looked around on pricing at near by gyms and they are more than affordable as well. you really can’t beat it! only downside is hours, wish they had 24hr option and some of the equipment is to close to each other but otherwise my first choice!”

“I was visiting for a week from out of town and my son trains with weights daily. We met the owner Tina whom was delightful and signed him up for a weeklong pass. “I want to call out Lisa Shanklin, personal training director at Anytime Fitness. She is great! I would highly recommend her. She is knowledgeable, she is inspirational, she is FUN!!! She works me hard, knowing what I am capable of, yet still showing me alterations for moves that may be difficult or may not be good for some of the injuries I have sustained in the past. She has met me where I am (after years of really not doing anything active) and I have made such great progress in the past three months. I know the upcoming year will bring even more. I am a senior citizen who is determined to be as strong and as fit as I can be, and I know her guidance will help me achieve that! Thank you Lisa!!!”

“Planet Fitness is pretty much Planet Fitness, everywhere you go. Plenty of equipment overall, but needs more squat racks and bench press set ups. Staff is usually pretty friendly, especially for being basically kids, ha ha. It can definitely get crowded though, especially on Mondays. Not a bad value overall.”
