Delivering Hazmat load to this DC was surprisingly smooth and fast considering the size of the facility. Checked in 1.5 hours before appointment they asked you to download Vecror app and update the required info. After you drop your trailer and check in at the shipping office by door 128 it took them 30 minutes to unload my trailer.

OTR: 24/7. No o/n pkng. Busy location, slow check in for each truck. Assigned spot for DPHK TR. NB/R available.

Home Depot DC Trailer Lot (11 miles away)
2614 Oxford State Rd, Middletown, OH 45044
No o/n pkng at lot either. 20 minute stay max. Lot is gravel, maintained. Trailers are lined up properly, but no by Company. Go find your assigned Trailer. Must have TR p/u ticket to exit location.

They only have JB hunt trailer expect to drop off and bobtail out. Waiting all weekend, Don’t make plans after coming here smh

Their check in process is SLOW. Truck are blockING Traffic almost a mile out due to how Slow they are.

They have no communication there everyone always seems to have a frown you never see anybody with a smile or laughing it is very dysfunctional to work there they thrive on chaos and then try to blame the driver there's cameras outside and cameras inside the truck
