“Professional, patient, kind and caring are just a few of the words I would use to describe my experience with Global Natural Stones LLC. My wife and I decided to redo our 20+ year old kitchen. It was way out of date; the Formica countertops were in bad need of replacement. My wife wanted to replace the countertops with granite or quartz. She was very unsure of the color, and the type of stone to use.After searching every place we could find in a 40 mile radius of our home, we came upon Global Natural Stones. Right from the start when we walked in we were greeted with a warm welcome. We told the team right up front that we had no idea what we wanted, and today we were just looking. All the team members were eager to help answer questions, and then give us space to just look at the stone and color. We took many pictures and asked a bunch of questions. All questions were answered with kind and detailed responses.We decided to purchase from Global Natural Stones. Their team to remove the old counter top was five-star service. You see, we kind of did this backwards. I had our cabinets painted. And before that our kitchen project started with a back-splash that I installed (not knowing that this was just the start of our little project). So when the crew came to remove the old counter tops, I was so afraid they would have to remove the bottom row of tile I so carefully laid just a few months earlier. To my great joy the removal crew took their time and removed the old counter top without any damage to my backsplash.The install of my new quartz counter top went in just as smoothly. The install crew worked with precision, and patience even thought was very late on a Friday afternoon before they were able to arrive. I could not be happier with my new quartz counter top. It looks GREAT! I highly recommend Global Natural Stones LLC for their quality of supply, their exceptional sales and installation staff!”

“It's huge. That's the best and the worst. I left exhausted and spent 180.00 on a bunch of just stuff. Now, their thin oatmeal and chocolate cookies are addicting, the citronella candles on close ours at $2 each, walnut serving platter at $25...I had a heavy very full blue bag. We went on a Tuesday and it was empty. I highly recommend shopping there during the week. I love this place!”

“We remodeled our house and had Ryan‘s glass for all our shower enclosures over the last two years. We wanted a big frameless shower enclosure for our master bathroom and Ryan’s glass was the only one to get that job beautiful done. I had more than 3 other companies in for estimates and all other said that we couldn’t get a frameless shower enclosure. The measurement guy ( I’m bad with names?) from Ryan‘s glass understood our vision.All employees were very kind and and easy to work with. A big plus for us was that they have a showroom. We went there and could see and talk about what we wanted to have.We especially liked that they glued the shower panels to the wall or together in the corner and used minimal hardware. That was exactly the look we had in our mind.The other two showers were a smaller project but look very beautiful too.I‘m so glad that I found Ryan‘s glass.”

“Ikea restaurant was pretty nice. Have some good premade menu meals/dishes but can hand pick items yourself. The quantity & size can be ehh, doesn't really fit the price so perhaps a bit overpriced. Can get more quantity & quality for the same amount. It can be a bit confusing on where to enter from since once you finish exploring , you get the option to eat or go downstairs, but the entrance to get in line would be across by the beverage machine.Some nice sitting area across the large windows that overlook the parking lot & more sitting near the register after paying.”

“I did a lot of research on buying a shower door and I am sure glad that I did! I was going to buy a cheap shower slider from Lowe's but after visiting Basco's showroom to compare quality, I was sold on their brand. Their doors are more expensive than off the shelf doors, but their quality is far better (Also learned that they are very well versed in customization) Plus, they are manufactured here in the states vs overseas.Basco does not sell direct to homeowners and I ended up purchasing through Agean Marble in Cincinnati. Agean also had a huge variety of doors on display.Overall, I am 100% happy with my purchase. This door is smooth and the extrusions are rigid unlike the doors that I seen at Lowes. Plus, with Basco being local and having a Limited Lifetime Warranty, I will never have to worry about replacement parts!Recommended!!”

“Cannot say enough good things about Counter Advice! My husband and I were very nervous about finding a good countertop and we knew we didn't want a generic one from a big box store. After scouring the internet we fell in love with a Formica terrazzo countertop. Formica referred us to about 10 local businesses. I checked each one out online and for some reason, Counter Advice felt like the one. I was able to send an email and Gigi got in touch with me immediately to discuss our options. We were able to stop into the showroom and see the samples in person. Everyone there was so nice! The price and the timeline of everything was perfect. Installation was great. And the two that installed it were extremely nice. They also installed our sink. It came out exactly how I was wanted. It's hard to capture the exact color in pictures but I love it. Our kitchen isn't completely done yet because we still need a backsplash but I'm in love already! Thank you to everyone at Counter Advice for making this such a smooth, easy process!
