Emalee is AMAZING! I am in New Jersey and her store had an oven that I wanted. She was able to do the purchase and get it sent the next day. She is always extremely helpful with my questions about my purchases. She was even able to pull up a missing receipt of mine from the New Jersey store! A++++ customer service!

Not only is the store great but the employees make it such a great shopping experience. My cabinets are full of Le Creuset but I love stopping by there and looking at all the new items. This years Christmas items just about made my mouth water and then I remembered, I have no more room! I may try to move some stuff around and go back for that 12 days of Christmas dutch oven.

We went to the Le Creuset outlet store to buy a stainless cookware set. The stainless cookware they had for sale was only “discounted” in the sense that they are lower level models compared to what is normally available in retail stores or online. They are selling lower quality products for a lower price. This isn’t a discount. Very disappointed.
