Place is really kind of a rip-off. I bought two pair of jeans and a jacket... all on-sale (sort of). $250! I just priced the same articles on Amazon. Could have saved myself the gas and a $100. Outlet shopping is not what it used to be.

Mackenzie helped us find the perfect pair of jeans and multiple other pairs that were just right. She told us about different fits, sizes, and looks. She knew what each pair was good for and understood the look we were going for. Five-star customer service and five-star product knowledge. Could not ask for a better experience. Give her some PTO and a raise; she is what you should model other employees after.

Local service was great. As an almost lifelong Levi fan, extremely disappointed in the horrid product quality. Deflects and sizing irregularities abound.
