Just made my first visit to a LOFT store and had an OUTSTANDING experience with the help of Melaney & Carolyn! They both were so helpful, positive, and a pleasure to be around while shopping/ trying on clothes! When I shop at this store again, I will definitely be going back to this one considering how awesome the customer service was!

Absolutely the most rude employee ever. Should not be in retail. Came in at 645 , she told us we could not use dressing rooms due to closing at 7. The Outlets website said open till 8. Rushed us out the door...did not seem to care that we were there to buy anything. Not friendly at all. Associate # on receipt was 6842737.
