Please do not online shop with this brand. They ship with a delivery service called OnTrac who absolutely suck. They lost my package and now I am out hard earned money. When I contacted OnTrac inquiring about my delivery that was in "exception" status for two weeks they basically told me "too bad so said". Nautica's CS was even worse and now I am out a bit over $100.00 because my delivery was completely lost by a company who clearly hires retarded people in a world of GPS. I will never order from Nautica again. If anyone from Nautica's CS reads this please choose a better service. And a refund of my money would be nice.

When I walked in, there were three employees at the cash wrap, talking loudly about their lively Friday night, using cuss words also. No one greeted me. There were quite a few decent sale-priced items. The staff were still talking loudly until a couple walked in who looked well-to-do and then they immediately stopped talking and greeted them. I tried on a couple of items in the dressing room. When I came out the associates had dispersed and were now going around asking everyone in the store if they were doing okay…everyone except me that is. I had a jacket and a romper in my hand and one associate walked right past me and said nothing. I put the items back on their respective racks and left. I was prepared to spend well over $100 in the store and because of their lack of interest in me, they lost a sale as well as a customer.

Don't always find the best deals here but the last time for Independence Day sale, they had some decent prices with 80% for clearance.
