Me and my wife came we love skecher shoes that's the only shoes we buy were here on vacation and this was one of the place we wanted to go as we visit everytime when we are on a trip. No one greeted us when we walked in unlike last time they greeted us right away and told us about the deals. We walked around for a good 25 minutes and not one person greeted us or anything. We usually spend alot of money here but they were more worried about talking amongst themselves then approaching a customer. Horrible customer service. Taking my business elsewhere!

Very helpful and friendly staff! All shoes were BOGO 50% off which I liked. Some steel toe options. I got 2 pairs. The ladies working there were so helpful!

My experience here was not good. They overcharged me even though when I told the person that she was not giving me the discount. She proceeded and overcharge me. When I saw my receipt I went back and told them she overcharged me and she told me that she had to return everything and rebuy the stuff. This is not acceptable because I told her ahead of time what she was doing wrong. It was going to take 3-5 bussiness days to get my money back and on top of that she wanted me to rebuy the stuff without having my refund money available.

Huge selection of shoes. Make sure you look all the way up as the shoes are stacked over the shleves, almost till they hit ceiling. If you don't find your desired size in display, it's highly likely you would find them above and the store Associates will use ladders to pick them for you. They also had lot of shoes in Sale when we visited in the last week of Feb.

My first experience was a smashing success. I ordered three pairs of Skechers online and none of them were a fit. Rye made the return and then personally helped me to find the right pair of slip in Skechers. I haven't felt this pampered since the 1960s when stores knew you and cared about you finding just what you needed. Well done, Rye!!

I found the kind of shoes I was looking for and in the size I needed! There was a sale going on of buy one get one 50% off which I was able to buy 2 pairs! I am happy I came here because of being unable to find the items where I normally buy them! They also had more of a selection in wide width since I need wide width! The employees were extremely helpful and very nice!
