The men's restroom was nasty. I could not even get myself to buy anything food drink nothing it was so nasty.. I can't believe it was this horrible. DO NOT come here if you have to use either restroom

So I'm at speedway right now and paid 50 for a lottery ticket in the machine and it got jammed up and there is a older guy long hair with glasses name is buddy they said tell me there's nothing he can do because there's no manager here then the guy wanted to be very disrespectful and rude and make threats... I live hours away there was a very nice ladies that helped the best she could and one other guy that called the manager.. he said there is nothing they could do.. kinda crazy when I know there is. So they tell me I have to come back tomorrow because it will mess there lottery up after 6 mind you this was about 445 450ish when it happen. Buddy was super rude and was very aggressive and disrespectful. The manager was disrespectful as well. Update 7-15-24 went back to the store Monday they never made anything right. They then proceeded to tell me to come back in the morning again as I can not do as I'm not super close to there and I have kids and a job so it's not possible. Then 7-17-24 call and ask to speak with a manager tell her about the situation. She then proceeds to put me on the phone with the GM which told me basically they're not giving me my money back. How do you do business like that? I do not understand. I know my whole company will never stop here again and I'll be sure to tell everyone I know and people that I know that I know that own business is not the shop here either. She told me that she did the lottery count Saturday which would have been 7/13 /24.. And it was not off which I don't see how when the ticket was jammed and there was the three or four lines that go across and you can't even purchase a ticket from that roll when that happens.so that means someone got into the machine which employees stated they didn't have a key for to fix for me or the manager did and didn't tell the GM. So now I'm robbed out of $50. How professional is that? I just don't comprehend how you can run a business that way. 50 dollars is a lot to some people. I wouldn't even be mad if it was a dollar ticket or even a 5 or 10 dollar ticket... I would not recommend going to this speedway based off my experience and how they treated me. Very unprofessional and what goes around comes around Im a believer in karma and I hope they get the karma they deserve for robbing me.

I pointed out to the cashier that she rang up the wrong item on my receipt, and she proceeded to be rude and blamed me for her mistake. I get we all make mistakes, you don't have to be a jerk about it when you make a mistake.

Manager isn't prioritizing cleanliness. Fuel islands are trashy, floors inside are dirty, bathrooms are dirty. Sandwich was good, but I almost didn't order one based on the sight of the rest of the store

Went into the women’s restroom, and an employee was sitting on the toilet, just talking having a full conversation the other stall seem to be locked. I waited and waited until another employee walked in, asked if i was waiting i stated yes that stall won’t open. She some how got into that stall, never then asked me if i would like to go first. I again waited and waited and waited,
and they both proceeded to chitchat, and have conversations as I’m standing there waiting. Terrible service.

Speedway is my go to for gas. Most the time the pumps stop pumping gas & you have to restart it over. Several times while pumping gas. The gas station always smells like something is burnt/burning inside.

i stopped there today to get Diesel in my semi and the pump did not give me the option to put my code in to get my reward points and i dont carry my card so i could not swipe it, i thought no big deal ill just enter it manually with my receipt later since i was in a hurry, so i got to do it when i get home and the 7 digit store ID# is missing from my receipt, i call the store and the dip shit on the phone says he cannot give that to me over the phone or he will get fired but i can come into the store and get it, seriously i live in Indianapolis IN, ill just jump in the car and drive right over there, seriously what harm is there in giving me this number so i can get my reward points, i spent dam near 260.00 dollars on fuel that i cant redeem points for.

Place really needs to be gone over and cleaned. Diesel fuel pumps definitely need to be power washed. And the inside needs picked up and trash emptied. Water on the floor and rugs are a tripping hazard.

Stop fuel up at the truck stop spent a couple hundred bucks on fuel saw they had a cafe decided to go in and try to get something to eat and of course if it ain't the bathrooms closed its the cafes that are closed at a 24-hour truck stop as much as money as truckers spin on fuel we should be able to come in and get something to eat and use the bathroom without getting some lame excuse that the bathroom is broken or we are short-staffed but there will be five or six crew members in the store.doing nothing
