The staff is very helpful at this location. I was especially thankful to have Lauren assist me. She was very professional and helped me sort out a rather difficult and sensitive matter. Thank you all very much for going above and beyond!

The branch manager here (Megan Parsons) is incredibly rude and NOT helpful whatsoever. She will not do what is required of her, it's a shame US Bank lets her run this branch. DO NOT BANK HERE, YOUR BUSINESS WILL NOT BE VALUED.

Definitely needs a new atm. I went to withdraw $500 dollars out of it. It didn’t dispense it. It said funds were temporarily unavailable. But it took it off of my card. The teller was really nice but said they didn’t take care of their own atm and basically there was nothing they could do about it. $500 was my bill money and now I’m screwed out of it. Called my card number and said it would be 8-10 weeks before they could approve or deny my claim. Absolute BS!!!
