“Ground Zero Vaping Lounge is hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a very long time.
We stopped in yesterday with a LOT of questions. We quit smoking cigarettes recently and had been using disposables, but we wanted to move toward a refillable device to save money and begin working toward our long-term goal of tapering off nicotine entirely.
Rob helped us, and I truly cannot say enough good things about him. He was patient, knowledgeable, and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. We asked a ton of questions, and he answered every single one thoroughly and respectfully. You can tell immediately that he genuinely cares about helping people, not just making a sale.
What stood out the most is that he only sells products, devices, and e-liquids that he personally stands behind. That is rare. Nearly all of the e-liquids he carries are manufactured right here in the United States, and he is very intentional about the quality of what he puts on his shelves. It is incredibly hard to find a business owner who refuses to sell something unless they truly believe in it 100 percent. That level of integrity says everything.
He guided us step by step to the right device and the right e-liquid for our specific situation. The prices were fair and affordable, honestly some of the best we’ve seen, especially considering the quality and the level of service.
On a personal note, I have asthma, and since quitting cigarettes, I am already experiencing the benefits. I can breathe better. I am not waking up with asthma attacks. I feel like I am getting my life back on my terms. Having someone like Rob there to support us during this transition made a huge difference.
