My daughter in I came in to the Monroe Verizon to upgrade our phones.
Brian helped us out and was very patient answered every question and had great conversation with us.
My daughter is autistic and nervous about changing out her phone but he assured her that the new phone would have all of her old stuff still on it with more storage for new things.
He is a wonder asset for Verizon to have.
