I bought a new phone from this store 4 months ago. They said if I turned in my old phone it would cover $800 of my new one. I turned my phone in, but they claimed they lost it. Now Verizon is making me pay the full price. I've called several times and even went there. They have been no help. Horrible store, horrible service.

Coming into the store for help is rarely fun, and this was no exception. However Jack, the associate that helped me, was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of the questions I had to throw his way. If you need to come into the store, I highly recommend asking for his help.

Brandon was very helpful! I spent an hour and 42 minutes on the phone with Verizon and Apple with no solution. I went to another Verizon store which referred me to the original store. But Brandon was able to fix the problem. Thanks!
