I bought a mower from them and it was such a wonderful experience. They had it set up and delivered. I can't express the appreciation I felt in knowing they had it all covered. I have purchased a new holland tractor, 2 kubota RTV's, kubota sv65 skid steer, kubota round baler, rake, and tedder. Mark Foster is a straight up salesman, pleasure to deal with. Jason is also great to work with. Would never consider anywhere else.

Zimmer is always a pleasure to deal with. The service team is very knowledgeable and professional. It is such a pain when stuff breaks however, the process of repair is made a lot easier because they genuinely care about their customers.

I had many, many questions on Kubota Tractors. Zach Stacy, Service Mgr, was more than happy to assist. By the time I left I felt more than comfortable in making an informed decision. Staff was polite, professional and willing to assist. I would highly recommend Zimmer Tractor in Monroe OH to anyone in need of equipment.

Since 1998 my company has purchased seven Kubota 75, SVLs
two new Holland skid steers
five Kubota tractors with enclosed cabs and front end loaders
one KXO 57 excavator
and the only reason I give them five stars is because they don’t have an option for six stars. I have always received great service and will continue my relationship with Zimmer tractor for many years to come.

I had Zimmer Tractor pick up my tractor for service at their Monroe location. They charged me $320 for pickup and delivery! They said the labor rate for pickup and delivery is $160 an hour. I live only about 11 miles from the Monroe store. Be sure to keep that rate in mind if you are going to have them pick up/deliver your equipment. Good luck. You're going to need it.

I went to get my scag v ride 2 looked at told Zach to call me with a estimate he told me I need a thousand dollars in work so I told him I was going come get it ,so I still paid $250 just to get a diagnostic , all it was was a $50 part that plugs into the exhaust, he makes commissions, so I really about screwed myself. I don’t recommend anybody to go to this shop, so sad how this company takes advantage of people
