I came here because my truck was having an issue. It was losing its crime. They went above and beyond with troubleshooting and checking to ensure that other things won’t occur later on with other possible fuel issues and they were very fast thank God !!!!!! I really appreciate the support and the love and patience that you all had with me. I was really stressed when I showed up on the first day because I still had 2300 minutes to drop my load !

We stopped there because our favorite food truck was parked out front... If you ever see marketside grill food truck stop and try their food it's reasonable price in the portions are huge definitely worth it... It's yum yum get you some

Went to Freightliner in Monroeville, Ohio to have a water pump replaced on a DD15 They had me in the bay and out and back on the road in 35 mins. In my opinion they are the Nascar of Freightliner..Good Job Guys & Thanks

I had replaced a radiator on my dd15 few years back. They took me right in. They weren’t busy at the time which is a good thing when you are on transit. I have nothing bad to say about this place.

Charged me 2000 to change out the fan hub. 😡 didn’t pay that much for the last garage to change a head gasket. And still not building air right and broke my hood release.

2017 Tiffin Phaeton Motorhome, took it in for annual service and a problem with the air system. They tested the entire system found a small leak and fixed it. I was also getting a rusty fluid leaking from the chassis, they found that the air dryer filter had never been replaced during service at another truck service center, This resulted in water developing in the air tanks causing the rust. They cleaned the system and suggested the proper maintainence schedule. The technician and service personnel made sure to expalin what had been done and recommendations for proper ower preventive maintenance. Total cost was very reasonable compaired to other service centers.

If 10 stars was an options id give it to these guys what a great place to deal. I was traveling to summit motorsports park from Va when my motorhome gave me problems looked up places near the track and great lakes truck center came up call them talked to mike in service and he did every thing in his will to help me out and i cant thank him enough. They fixed my motorhome within a day and had it back to me. If you need anything done i highly recommend these guy. Thanks to all the great help and support yall really made it easy.

This place is really special they would get the job done, everything brand new, the staff in this location is also very kind and sweet people they are very responsible and I believe they are one of the best dealers and best staff i ever worked with in the USA i recommend them 100% and i would definitely use them in the future 100%. My brother J Larick took care of our 26ft boxtruck and did everything and make our unit run like brand new for the most affordable and reasonable price coming from a dealer i would definitely say it was a reasonable price and all the time there were communication, they also helped us translating a load that we had in our trailer to another carrier that came to recover the load and there was no but coming from them, people im telling you this guys really know what they are doing and their staff is super professional i give them a 5 star review it was really a pleasure and honor for me to deal with genuine people like this, Thanks you to all the staff in Great Lakes Truck Centers-Monroeville Branch.
