Audible Elegance is an exceptional store. They will help you find the right product. Rare in these days, they will stand behind that product. I bought a turntable that developed a slight problem after two years, Chris and Lou were able to troubleshoot the problem and replaced the problem motor under warranty. They take care of their customers, and I look forward to heading there next time I have a gear acquisition opportunity.

Cool store but please for the love of god get a better headphone collection. Hansen Audio, the only other Hifi store thats like 2 miles away, these two being the only two hifi audio stores for hundreds of miles, basically only carry Grados. In a market where you're the only two stores - you only carry the same dang headphones! How!? Why!? You have an opportunity to capture a massive midwest market if you just diversify.
Imma be honest - Grados suck. No one likes Grados. Please. Get some DCAs, Hifimans, Sennheisers, etc. Otherwise the closest option to demo nicer headphones is all the way in NYC.

Yesterday completed my second visit to the team at Audible Excellence in 5 years. Each visit began with a phone call to Zach, an initial assessment of next steps to meet my particular desire, an invitation to come in to discuss further, and some reasonable purchases to incrementally improve my listening experience. Zach and Lou spent two hours with me yesterday discussing my particular desires and possible solutions, which were perhaps unusual. No pressure, no hype, just listening, conversation and experience-based assessment of realistic options. This business is invested in customer satisfaction for the long haul. I will be back the next time my “ear” is ready for something new.

I inherited 30+ year-old speakers and an amplifier from my dad, purchased back then from Audible Elegance. There were some issues with the equipment that needed troubleshooting and the team at Audible Elegance (including owner Lou) generously walked me through troubleshooting steps. I was really impressed not only with the depth of their technical knowledge, but their (very!) long term commitment to customer service. Definitely recommend Audible Elegance.

Wanted to share an excellent experience with Audible Elegance during a recent visit to Cincinatti area. Had previously resided there 25 years ago & remember purchasing stereo items at this shop and was pleased. I was visiting a former colleague and decided to check out the shop again. PLeasant surprised to find “Lou: the owner was still there, been around 40+ years. How nice to have stability in this industry. . Was looking for a specific set of Magnapan speakers and to my surprise they had a used pair. Upon making contact had an excellent experience with with Lou and their entire team. They allowed me plenty of time to trial the speakers with no pressure before making my decision. They were perfect, and the price was reasonable. I did not leave before snagging a turntable, 5 channel surround amp, the Maggie’s, and a powered subwoofer. Overall great experience. And “Lou” is an extremely experienced, honest, tell it straight guy. I appreciate this, especially with stereo hype that others like to pedal. His experience and knowledge were very helpful. As an old audiophile (70) who grew up ion the broadcast field and been around tube equipment since I was 14, he knows what he’s talking about. There are few people I can still learn from when it comes to stereo equipment, and Lou is one of them. Give them a try, you will be pleasantly surprised and steered properly in your interests. With over 5000 reviews on EBay and 100% positive, that tells the story. Happy customer, fair, expert advice over the years. If you know nothing, a little bit, or consider yourself an expert on stereo/electronics, I would not go anywhere else in the Cincinatti area for my Hi Fi equipment.

Bought a fantastic pair of demo GoldenEar Triton 3 plus speakers. When I arrived I complected the transaction with Lou. Bradley and Chris were cleaning them up and carefully loaded them in my car. Great experience will do business with them again.
