I purchased a Groupon for Best Air Duct Cleaning on February 27, 2023. Called and got an appointment scheduled for 7/27/2023. They never showed up. Have been waiting for a call to offer to reschedule. We call and leave messages for them to call us to reschedule, nobody ever returns the calls. DO NOT PATRONIZE BEST AIR DUCT CLEANING IN ANY WAY, SHAPE OR FORM.

Purchased a Groupon in February, appointment was made for July. They no called/no showed and won't answer their phone or return messages. If you look up their address on Google Earth, it takes you to an apartment complex. DO NOT BUY THIS GROUPON. THIS IS A SCAM. Very sad Groupon continues to support these scam artists.

Did not call or show up for an appointment that was on the books for months. Groupon will not refund our money. Would not recommend this company.

Terrible company. Purchased a Groupon March 1st. Had to schedule all the way out to July 25th. Company never showed and never called. I've called 8 times and left voicemails every time with no returned call. Funny part is Groupon sent me an email this morning from the same company offering the same service. I wouldn't let them come to home if they paid me and performed a free service at this point. Do not hire!

AVOID THIS COMPANYPaid upfront for a job and won't answer their phone for last 2 weeks to set the appointment. I've left numerous voicemails; none returned.

**ALL BUYERS BEWARE** We purchased a 'deal' on Groupon from this company. Had to schedule an appointment almost 6 months in advance (which was EXTREMELY shady anyway!). Needless to say, no show, no call, no response. Groupon reps couldn't every contact the company! Needless to say, we were refunded our money. If you have 'better' options and choices... DEFINITELY USE a more reputable AND respected company!

I purchased your service off Groupon. Tried calling you all for confirmation and always got a vm message to leave a message. I am asking for a refund. This is no way to do business. I also took a vacation day from work to be here. What a wasted day.

They make sales by Groupon but come in to charge you 400 dollars more, before you agree that, they already have the tools in your room. Besides, they did not show at the first appointment, it was four months advance!! Another two months waiting, and more expensive.Two guys, one is a kid, who is on music and dancing in basement, not working, caught by camera.The worst part is the air flow is small after their service, but never get response from this business, no matter how many voice messages are left.One more thing, they even put the vent back upside down!! They use contractors, not their own employees. It is a scam!

*ANY AND ALL GOOD REVIEWS YOU SEE ARE FAKE!* DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I hired this company to clean my air ducts on 5/9/23, where they scheduled me for 5/26/23. They had given me a window of 10am-1pm. I called on 5/24/23 to confirm and they said they would call ahead before arriving. At 1pm on 5/26/23, I called them to find out where they were, since no one had arrived or called. The lady stated, sorry, we need to cancel, we have no workers and we wont be rescheduling you. Baffled, I began questioning her and the company, and radio silence. All one worded answers. She finally broke and stated they had no workers for over a week who had shown up, no way to get a hold of the owner. They caused me a lot of time wasted and headache. Terrible customer service, terrible company. I have filed with the BBB, where they already have an F rating, and plan to file anywhere and everywhere their company is listed.Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning

Lack of respect! Why did you get rid of the review we had? Your crew damaged our home with a hole in our siding and they didn't have the common decency to let us know. We had major down pours and that could cause major damage to our home. We still haven't heard from the owner who refused to speak with us and make things right but took the time to delete our review. We even paid for the 350.00 upsell because we like to do things right but it really wasn't any different than what we prepaid for. The outside vent slats were broken and there was no deodorizer put in our vents either. We will not let this go until you do the right thing and make things right.. I will go down every Avenue until you do. Its just principle! This is all about respect and integrity!Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning

I had a cleaning done in Dec. First time so I didn't know what to expect. My husband said they only cleaned though one out air duct. Not the other 9 in my house. I THOUGHT THAT MUST BE NORMAL, WHY WOULD SOMEONE NOT DO WHAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR, and I didnt sat anything. Once I realized exactly how it was to be done, after watching videos online, I called and left a voice message and alsi emailed. 4 days and still no response. Called again. Hopefully they will return my call, am in no mood to get scammed.

My sister paid in full up front for duct cleaning services and they never showed up. They rescheduled 3 times and never showed up or called. They gave several excuses for why they did not show up. I will never recommend this company to anyone. It has been very difficult for her to get a refund. If i could give less than 1 star I would.

I had an appt between 8 -11 and at 11 I hadn't heard from them so I called and she told me she was unable to reach the service guys and they were probably on their way. I called back at 130 and she tried to transfer me to the main scheduler So I left a message with them and never heard back from her.I called them again at 2 30 and the lady said that truck had been broke down all day and they should have called me,that truck never went out.
