The inside of the store and the customer service is fine and friendly. The exterior of the store looks like the place hasn't been maintained in years. The entry doors are very dirty and could be repainted since this is a place every customer sees. The landscaping/weed control is horrible, why hasn't this been addressed? I've places that are out of business look better than this. From the sign area on Main street to the same area on Montgomery Rd, and the entry area.

This review is specific to the pharmacy at this location. This used to be a great location, the pharmacy used to be top notch. Everything has changed in the last 6 months. 1. Don't bother calling, they never answer the phones anymore. 2. Good luck getting a prescription filled in a timely manner. 3. If they don't have the medicine you need, they won't bother to call and tell you. And then, they will make you call other pharmacies to find it, which they used to do for you because that's their job. 4. They are really good at magically losing your paper scripts and blaming you.

Montgomery CVS exhibited the ultimate in customer service by directing me on how to obtain an emergency prescription order when my lifelong pharmacy denied my request and didn’t offer a solution. I was so impressed by CVS’ care and concern that I am transferring all my prescriptions to CVS.

This location is the best of the 3 CVS I’ve used in the last couple years. Always very fast at filling prescriptions and very helpful if I’ve had any issues or questions.

Waited at the pharmacy for an hour and 20 minutes for a scheduled appt. The only reason I stayed that long was because they took my insurance card and asked me to pull into the parking lot to wait. Nobody ever came back out. I called but nobody answered. I had to wait in line again just to get my card back. I never got the service I requested because their system was messed up.

Love our neighborhood CVS! I recently went in to fill two prescriptions. I was a bit surprised at the cost of one. The pharmacist offered a smaller size at a lower cost. I didn't realize that the doctor had given a prescription for such a large amount! So I was very happy that the pharmacist gave me this alternative. There was no way that I would have used the entire amount of the larger size. Plus, she and the tech took the time to look up both of my prescription insurance coverages (my own and my husband's) to see which would lower the out-of-pocket cost the best. Great service, friendly, and sooo helpful! Plus, they have a drive-up window!

I ordered 239 photos on-line for pick-up at this location for photo collage boards our family was making for my father's funeral. The photos were upload to the CVS Photo website and paid for at the time the order was placed. The photos were ready for pick-up the following day as promised. When I arrived at CVS, I was told by cashier Bonnie I would have to pay for the order. I presented my receipt showing I already paid for the photos. She told me that it wasn't her problem and they didn't have anything to do with the on-line photos. I found that interesting, since they had received the photos from CVS Photo on-line. I explained my father had just passed away and the photos were needed for his service the following day. She told me if I needed the photos, I would have to pay for them. So, I paid for them the second time. The initial on-line order had sales tax applied to the order. This CVS location took the after tax total and charged me tax again. Two days following the funeral, I called the store and spoke to Assistant Manager Oliver. I told him what had happened and asked if they would reverse the charge or refund my money. He was extremely rude to me. He also told me they didn't have anything to do with the on-line photo side of CVS. I have placed disputes for both charges with my credit card company, but think it is an outrage that any employees of a business would behave this way. Customers beware -- these people are not ethical, nor do they care about others!
