Kroger Bakery is known for its great customer service and clean, spacious environment. The store features modern technology with kiosks and lockers in the deli and offers a wide selection of premade deli and bakery items. While many appreciate the friendly employees and well-stocked produce department, there are concerns regarding custom cake orders. One customer experienced issues with a specialty Paw Patrol cake that was not ready despite confirming the order in advance. Although the store provided a free 1/4 sheet cake as a substitute, the lack of follow-up left some customers disappointed.
Had a great bakery experience on the morning of Christmas Eve. Went in before work so was in a bit of a rush. The bakery manager, Alex was very attentive and had a sense of urgency with getting me some croissants boxes up that weren't out on the shelves yet.

I ordered flowers & some goodies for delivery to my mom at Bethesda North Hospital. Stefka M went out of her way to get what I wanted & even wished my mom well. Employee of the year in my eyes! Thank you Kroger for amazing customer service.
