“Very nice place! Brought a few novice shooters along and they loved it! Not overly crowded. Inside the 275 loop but you feel like you’re in the “country”.
John and the rest of the staff very accommodating. Stopped by to make sure we were doing well. Challenging enough for seasoned shooters but enough birds that anyone can hit. Great traps, all in good condition, plenty if benches on which to rest.

“We recently held a company party for about 50 people at the 1859 and we could not have been more pleased! Kate was wonderful to work with and very flexible. We used Tano's as our caterer and added Graeter's for the dessert. Kate helped coordinate all of that and was so helpful on the day of the event.
The venue is really charming and at the same time very practical in regards to setting out food, and the raised stage area was perfect for some entertainment as well. We all had a great time!

“I hosted my graduation party here and it was the best. Andy, the owner, was super sweet and gave us extra free time. The place was really nice and comfortably fit around 20 people. The space was well decorated, including the backyard area!”
“It’s a great old restored park that’s cared for and has lots of options for family, and park lovers to enjoy. It’s a mini fun spot that has mix of everything tightly nestled in that makes it worth the trip. I do warn that if a festival is happening, even though they do have ample parking for the park, it can still be a little bit of a chore.”

“The course is in good shape except the ninth green. One of the owners told me it's because of an employee error by his dragging a piece of equipment and not following procedures. The ponds that flank holes 5 & 6 were cleaned in October of invasive cattails and ornamental grass. There are plans to remove overgrown shrubs and brush behind the clubhouse the flanks of one tee path and nine green.”

Cindy, the owner, was an excellent communicator. Any and all questions I had from beginning to end, she was more than willing to answer!
The space speaks for itself! Beautiful furniture, amazing decor, thoughtful touches, and just an overall amazing place for hosting. There was able room for the 30-35 women who attended the shower, and Cindy made certain to have extra tables/chairs available as needed.
If you’re on the fence about booking, just do it. You will not be sorry!”
“What a gem tucked inside the city — a place where autumn truly comes alive! We visited during the fall festival and it felt like stepping into a picture book of golden light, pumpkins, and sunflower fields.
The farm is full of life — kids running around with sunflowers and stuffed animals, families taking wagon rides, friendly farmers offering smiles and freshly picked flowers. The sunflower field stretches beautifully under the blue sky, and the pumpkin patch glows warm in the afternoon sun — a dream spot for photographers.
The volunteers and staff are wonderful, always ready to help or share a story about the farm’s heritage. Everything feels authentic and relaxed — not commercial, but full of heart and community.

The entire staff takes such good care of the clients, the bride and groom, the bride’s family, the grooms family, everybody And they’re wonderful to myself. Also very accommodating and they make my night easy I like that lol. Oh and the food is outstanding too. The layout of the room is great for any event and has a very classy look great options also for the ceremony if you decide to have it there alsoit was great to finally play there again it’s been a while for me at Wetherington and it’s always a joy thank you again for a great experience”
“Carnegie Center of Columbia Tusculum was a beautiful venue was our October 2025 wedding. We had gotten many compliment on the venue and was definitely worth the price. We had about 75 people at our wedding and felt that more than 100 would be too many in that space. All of our guests fit into the West room for the reception!”
