We had been to several other jewelers who didnt have our item in stock and couldn't get it for us until after the birthday date. Greg at Hannoush Jewelers in Eastgate understood how important this gift was to us and went above and beyond out of his way to find our item. He personally drove to a remote Hannoush store location to retrieve the item for us and had it available next day! It's a beautiful piece! “David was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. I’m new to accessorizing and had no idea where to start. He helped me try a bunch of chain options and styles. I typically avoid gold but he was able to find something that looked great and laid very nicely, and explained the differences between hollow and solid and how they could be customized. He set me up with a gold Miami Cuban chain and it’s the first time I’ve felt comfortable wearing anything related to jewelry aside from a wedding ring. His customer service was amazing and I look forward to working with him in the future. It was a great experience.”

We were greeted by Alexander who was quite impressive in his knowledge of style and taste in the Swarovski pieces. My husband and I were looking for a pair of earrings and a bracelet. My friend was interested in one of the flower pieces. We ended up purchasing a couple pieces of his recommendation based on what we were looking for in the bracelets and earrings and our friend ended up purchasing a flower.
