Clean, friendly, gated, 24-7 access. Had space and immediately rented. Would like it to have a bit more modern web site with prices, and allow people to fill out paperwork online (it was online, but at the office).

Beat price around, security camera and security alarms on unit. Love having 24 hour access which is hard to find. This is my 2nd time using Car-Go Self Storage and will continue to use them in the future.

Avoid this place, especially if you wish to store a camper/trailer, and even more if you’re looking for covered storage. I first put my name on the list for covered camper storage in jan of 2021. I checked up on the list in July of 2021 and they said my name wasn’t on the list, they apologized and said I am now number 1 on the list for covered storage. Since then till now, June 2023, I have followed up 3 times and each time, my name couldn’t be “found” and I was told I’m at the top of the “list”. Even the new owners as of December of 2022 are guilty of this because I stopped in today to check my status and spoke with the lady at the front desk and my name was no where to be found. I last called in March of 2023 and spoke with presumably “Robert” and once again, the usually, “sorry don’t see your name here I got you down now number 1 to get a covered storage spot.” For that many “mistakes” over a high demand parking spot, maybe some side hustle going on I don’t know. Just my experience. Clearly will not, or can’t for that matter, do business. Don’t waist your time with this kangaroo storage facility. Just my experience, if your on a list, might want to check up on it.
