The gentleman Darius who took care of me was, a gentleman, kind and his approach, knew his job quite well. Has good suggestions and reliability. He did just what he said that he was going to do to my vehicle. I've been dealing with this company for years before the pandemic. I have never left disappointed. The car was in Immaculate condition when I left from the establishment. Darius went beyond the Call of Duty to ensure that I was satisfied customer. Thank you very much we need more people like you Darius. You are an asset to this company seriously. Thank you for sharing your skills with me.”

“I'm glad this location has a respectable turning radius for large pickup trucks. And a nice helpful staff.I was asked to not come back to the Flying Ace in Beavercreek. I had to use the outside "members only" lane to make their tight turn. I explained if I use the inside lane that I can't make the turn without running over their landscaping. Manager was mad at me for caring I guess.Great experience at this location! Very happy to have found a place that works for me.”

“3.5 stars. Not bad, mostly everything works now but not as good as the one downtown miamisburg. Some bays have some water and soap/foam leaks (I left both a voicemail AND taped a note above the control where you insert coins letting them know what was leaking, how bad and and the locations of the leak(s) but they sont always get repaired) and sometimes a bay might have terribly low pressure, it's normally the 2nd or 3rd bay from the coin changer (i forget which) but if it has not been fixed you will not be happy with the results if you end up using that bay!Vacuum suction could be a little better as well. Some bays have had lights out for a long time now, so if you go at night, you will be limited on what bays you can use. Unless you prefer washing and waxing your ride in the dark.I really am torn in giving it 4 stars I'd rather say 3.5 to be honest.”
