Nearly all of the bad reviews are from lazy ex-workers..Some still work there...if it's one star why do they still work there?..Some people don't like to work overtime...that's fine, but why are you still there?...The answer is easy, the grass isn't greener...or you'd hop the fence..competitive pay, great benefits, and steady over-time..if not happy feel free to go get another job. I got an $8000 bonus this year when the contract passed...$8000! I see my union rep every single day, very different than previous employers I worked at. My pay is good, I worked good amount of over-time and made over $70k last year and didn't pay any insurance premiums. I've referred two friends and they were hired and they are also very happy. In my experiences this is the best job I've ever had. Thank you to dmax and the iue....really great place to work
