Great staff very polite and professional service. This lady Amber was very patient with me as my card was declined because I couldn't figure out how to unlock it and she guided me thru without making me feel rushed. I appreciate all of the employees of the RoadDog company you guys are great

I purchased a $20.00 scratch off on Monday, November 18. I won $500 on the scratch off.
I went to Fatt Daddy's to redeem my ticket.
The saleswoman scanned the ticket and told me that she could not redeem the ticket because they had just opened up that cash drawer. I asked her where was I supposed to redeem my ticket. She informed me that I would have to go to a casino to redeem any ticket of $500.
Every retailer is responsible for cashing all tickets under $599. I went to a Valero Station and they gave me the $500 without any questions asked. I am very angry about driving across town to redeem my lottery ticket.
The saleswoman didn't even look in the drawer to see if there was enough cash to pay me.
I am calling The Ohio Lottery to report that my ticket was not cashed at Fatt Daddy's and I was told to go to a casino. I spend a lot of money on scratch offs in Fatt Daddy's to be denied my $500 payment.

The drive through upgrade was great except the worst speed bumps ever made by some d bag was installed. Everyone hates them. Complaints fall on def ears. You got to do a burnout just to get out. Seriously unsafe.
