After years of receiving horrible haircuts from various salons, I am so relieved to have finally found a talented stylist who gives me a perfect cut every time. I work in retail and often have strangers ask me who cuts my hair. I send them to Sydney at the Alex Bell location with full confidence that they too will receive a great cut.

everytime my hush gets his hair cut here, he comes home botched. the stylist always cuts off more than what he asks for (by a lot) & it’s never even!

My husband and son came in for haircuts and as I was trying to explain how I wanted my son's haircut the stylist cut me off and made a rude sarcastic remark with an attitude. She then proceeded to cut my son's hair in less than 5 minutes, and it looks incredibly sloppy. She did not do a good job cleaning the hair off his ears or neck either. My husband's stylist was nice but did not execute his hairstyle correctly or do a good cleanup either.

Worst Great Clips haircut ever. I've had some excellent cuts here and at other locations but not this time. I wanted one inch off everywhere. Long layers. Not difficult.
Stylist cut off way more than I asked for. I'll have to wait many months for it to grow out. Ugh. I won't go back there.

I just had a normal haircut, A informed the lady cutting my hair, that I had a discount. But I forgot it at home, and she still didn't let me use it. And it was only good up to that day. Which upset me a little, only because I have been using Great Clips for many years. Otherwise everything was ok.

“I had a terrible haircut experience. Although she was kind, her skills were lacking, which ruined my day, my week, and even my entire month.” Please don’t go here. The cut wasn’t even. She cut my side without a fade. I showed her a picture of what I wanted. My haircut wasn’t even close to that. “WORST WORST WORST WORST hair cut I’ve ever had”. Trust me guys avoid this place. I’m so frustrated with this terrible haircut that I can’t even go to my friend’s birthday next week. I usually never write reviews, but I just can’t let this go.?
