“I just spend 2 hours on the phone between Navia Benefits, CVS CareMark and Regence. I still cannot fill my prescriptions 2 full months and 3 premium payments into my retirement. Navia just passes the buck. ******* finally admitted that I did call on June 6th and inquired about my pharmacy benefits but then said because it was still in the "window" for my benefits to start, they did nothing but note my call.I'm very frustrated with this company and disappointed that King ****** contracts with such a substandard company”

“Brendan was incredibly patient and professional the entire time. I had put him off for a while, told him I would call back, and delayed the process more than once. When I finally called, he picked up and still remembered me.
He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what I was signing up for. When I went into the office he also helped me get renters insurance.
You do not always get this level of clarity in insurance. Brendan made the process easy and stress free.”
